Why ScrumH?

ScrumH directly supports the complex reality of today’s organizations.

Why should I attend the Scrum Zone Conference?

ScrumH framework may in many ways be new; but it honors and builds upon earlier frameworks. ScrumH refocuses and expands on these frameworks in order to better support a larger and often displaced/asynchronous Product Owners and workforces.

The Scrum Zone Conference exposes these new ideas, and brings together practitioners of all levels to engage in the conversation and learning happening around Scrum.

Can I earn SEUs for Scrum Alliance for Attending Scrum the Scrum Zone Conference?

Yes. SEUs may be earned by participating in events not sponsored by Scrum Alliance, such as Scrum or Agile conferences, regional interest group meetings, training from someone who is not a CST, or a REP course that is not approved for Category B. Activities in Category C are attended face to face, and you are receiving rather than providing services.

SEUs are earned at a rate of one credit per hour of active participation.

Can I earn PMI PDUs for for Attending the Scrum Zone Conference?

Yes under category B PDUs. The PMI website provides additional instructions and limitations. Please claim only the hours that you were at the conference. For the full conference you can claim 8 PDUs.

Are there opportunities to become a sponsor?

Yes. We have a number of different sponsorship options based on the exposure and budget you may have. Visit our Sponsorship page or contact us for more information.

Are there opportunities to become a presenter at the Conference?

No. At this time we have not established a method to become a presenter; however, for future events there are plans to change this.

Can I volunteer at the Scrum Zone Conference?

Yes. We generally have a number of opportunities for people to volunteer to help with setup and teardown as well as other day-of activities.

Is there parking for the event?

Yes. Hotel guests and conference attendees will be able to park at the venue.

Is food provided at the Conference?

Yes. We provide a continental breakfast, buffet lunch, afternoon snack and beverages throughout the day.

What do I do if I need to cancel my registration?

Conference cancellations must be received in writing or by email at least 3 weeks before the conference date. A $95.00 processing fee will be incurred on all cancellations.  No refund of any kind, for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after this point.

Is there a reduced room rate at the Conference venue?

We work working with each Conference venue to reserve a block of rooms at a discounted rate. For details on a specific venue, click on the location below:
